Common questions
Is the wheel random?
Every spin uses the browser's own cryptographic random number generator (Web Crypto's `getRandomValues`) to mint a seed — never a weaker `Math.random()`. If you'd rather prove it wasn't re-rolled after the fact, post a seed in your group chat before spinning: the result hashes that seed with SHA-256 and always lands on the same team for the same seed, so anyone can rerun the calculation and check it.
Can I remove a team after it's picked?
Yes — switch the mode to "Draft" and a picked team leaves the wheel for the rest of that session, so nobody gets the same team twice. "Pick" mode leaves every team in, for a plain "spin again" draw.
Can I assign teams to a group?
Yes — switch the mode to "Assign," paste one name per line (up to 32), and each person gets a distinct team with the draw order shown as it happens. It's the same idea Comped's NFL 33 pool automates when people join; start one instead of copying the table out by hand if you want it to keep running itself all season.
Is it free / do I need an account?
