NFL Streaker: the survivor game you can't get knocked out of
Pick one NFL team to win each week. Every win multiplies your streak. Then you decide: bank the points, or ride them on next week's pick. A loss wipes out the streak but never your season. Start a new one next week. Your biggest bank is your score.

One decision a week
Three weeks, one streak. Each time it grows, you choose: bank it, or ride it.
Your streak
100

- ?Jaguars 1.73×
Week 1. You pick the Jaguars at 1.73×.
Week 1 is being played.
The multipliers
Favorites pay a little. Underdogs pay a lot.
The multipliers are fair odds, so no team is a better deal than another. The edge is picking better than the market, and knowing when to stop.
| Win chance | Multiplier | 100 becomes |
|---|---|---|
| 80% | 1.25× | 125 |
| 60% | 1.67× | 167 |
| 40% | 2.50× | 250 |
| 25% | 4.00× | 400 |
Why it's fun
Nobody's out by Week 3.
Most survivor pools are over by October. In Streaker a loss costs you a streak, not your season.
One decision, every week.
Bank it or ride it. That's the whole game, and it's agonizing.
Sundays are a sweat.
Your whole streak rides on one game, and so does your friend's. The pool chat shows every bank and every bust.
Anyone can catch up.
It's a high-score board with a fresh race every month, so a bad October doesn't end your season.
Strategy
When to bank
- Below your best bank, ride. Banking a smaller streak doesn't change your score.
- Above your best bank is the real decision. Your pick sheet flags it: NEW PERSONAL BEST.
- Favorites grow slowly and survive. Underdogs grow fast and bust often. The best streaks usually mix both.
Full rules
- Starting
- Every streak starts at 100 points.
- Multipliers
- A team's multiplier is the fair odds from its chance of winning, capped at 4×. It's locked in the moment you pick.
- Picks
- You pick one team a week. Each pick locks when that game kicks off.
- Results
- A win multiplies your streak. A tie is a push and leaves it as it was. A loss busts it to zero.
- Banking
- After a win, you can bank any time before your next pick kicks off.
- Final
- A bank is final. Once the points are on the board, they stay there.
- No repeats
- You can't use the same team twice in one streak.
- Missed weeks
- A week with no pick banks your live streak automatically.
- Season end
- Live streaks bank after Week 18.
- Scoring
- Your score is your single best bank. The monthly board is your best bank that month.
How Streaker works
- 1
Start a streak at 100 points by picking one team to win this week.
- 2
Every team carries a multiplier from its odds: a heavy favorite pays about 1.25×, an underdog up to 4×.
- 3
Win and your streak multiplies: 100 becomes 173, then 242.
- 4
After each win, bank it (the points go on the board and the streak ends) or ride it on your next pick.
- 5
Lose and the streak busts to zero.
Anything you banked is safe, and you can start a new streak the next week.
- 6
Your score is your single biggest bank.
The standings are a high-score board, with a fresh one every month.
Commissioner settings
Your pool, your rules.
Run Streaker the way your group already plays it. You set the rules once — Comped takes care of them every week.
- New pools start on the current week. Friends can join any week, with nothing to catch up on.
- Entering picks for players who text them in? Turn on paper picks to enter them after kickoff.
- Every big bank and every painful bust shows up in the pool chat.
Common questions
Is this survivor?
It starts like survivor (one team to win each week), but losing doesn't knock you out. A loss busts your current streak, and you start a new one the next week. Your score is the biggest streak you ever banked.
Where do the multipliers come from?
From each team's chance of winning, as the oddsmakers see it, with their built-in margin removed. A team with a 50% chance is 2.00×, one with an 80% chance is 1.25×. Multipliers top out at 4×, and yours is locked in the moment you make your pick.
When should I bank?
Banking only raises your score when your streak is bigger than your best bank so far. Below that, riding risks nothing you've kept. Above it is the real decision, and your pick sheet tells you when you're there.
What happens if I forget to pick?
Your streak banks automatically. Missing a week never costs you a streak.
Can I pick the same team twice?
Not within one streak. Once a streak ends, every team is available again.
What about ties?
A tie is a push: your streak stays alive at the same value.
Can I join late?
Yes. Streaks start any week, so joining in Week 9 is as good as Week 1. The monthly board means there's always a race you can still win.
How does the season end?
Any live streak banks automatically after Week 18.
Does it cost anything?
No. Streaker is free, and you play for points and bragging rights.
Can anyone see my picks before kickoff?
No. Your pick is sealed until its game locks — the commissioner can't see it, and neither can we through any public page. What you get right away is a receipt: each save records a fingerprint of your pick and hands you a short code (XXXXX-XXXXX) to post in the group chat. Once the game has locked, anyone can check that the pick showing is the one that code fingerprinted.
How the receipt works, and where anyone can check one: provable picks.
Can picks be changed after kickoff?
No. Every save gets a fingerprint you can post in your group chat before kickoff — after that, anyone can check your revealed pick against it, so a pick changed after the fact — by anyone, us included — shows up as a mismatch. The receipt log itself can't be edited, only appended — that's enforced in the database, not just by policy.
