Tropicana Atlantic City is bringing back its $1 Million Winning Ticket game this summer, giving players the chance to win up to $1,000,000.
Tropicana’s $1 Million Winning Ticket game will run May 31 through Sept. 9, and this time, Tropicana says there are even more ways to win with daily drawings.
“The Winning Ticket Game was wildly popular with our players, so we decided to bring it back this year,” said Tropicana Atlantic City General Manager Steve Callender. “One lucky Trop Advantage member could take home one million dollars!”
Playing the $1 Million Winning Ticket game
The $1 Million Winning Ticket game is similar to a lottery. Every day from May 31 through Sept. 9, Trop Advantage casino loyalty club members will get one free ticket through any comp machine on property. Players can choose six numbers or select a quick pick option that will randomly assign them six numbers.
The casino uses a Zoom Ball machine in Palm Walk to conduct five six-number drawings daily at 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 p.m. local time. Plus, it holds an extra drawing at 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Players can win prizes from $25 in Free Slot Play to a $1,000,000 by matching the numbers drawn with those on their tickets. The $1,000,000 top prize consists of a 40-year annuity.
Tropicana’s Free Summer Fireworks Series
Tropicana is also making sure summer will go off with a big bang even for those who don’t walk away winners from its $1 Million Winning Ticket game.
The property is hosting its Free Fireworks Series every Saturday through Sept. 8.
Tropicana’s Free Summer Fireworks Series kicked off on Memorial Day Weekend and will continue to light up Atlantic City’s skies with a fireworks display every Saturday at 10 p.m. all summer long.
Fireworks by Grucci designed the 10-minute shows, which are held on the beachfront. They feature intricately designed scenes and vivid effects that include Grucci’s high aerials and grand illuminations.
Tropicana is also holding a show on Wednesday, July 4. The series is sponsored by Tropicana, as well as:

Tropicana Atlantic City
Tropicana is located directly on the world famous Atlantic City Boardwalk. The property boasts 2,400 hotel rooms, 26 restaurants, and 20 bars and lounges. It also includes four pools, the Tropicana Showroom, an IMAX Theater, and a spa. Plus, Tropicana is home to The Quarter, a 200,000-square-foot entertainment complex and shopping mall.
The property has undergone more than $200 million in renovations since 2013.
In April, Carl Icahn sold Tropicana Entertainment Inc.’s US casino properties to real estate investment trust Gaming and Leisure Properties. The $1.85 billion deal will likely close later this year. Reno, Nevada’s Eldorado Resorts will take over casino operations.
For now, the casino loyalty program at Tropicana remains Trop Advantage. Members can earn and redeem various comp points and tier points exclusively at Tropicana Atlantic City. Membership benefits also include free parking, food comps, rooms, trips, and events.
