Apparently there will be more than just fireworks going off this Fourth of July Weekend on the Las Vegas Strip.
MGM Resorts International’s M Life rewards program is running a massive free play giveaway at all 12 of its Las Vegas casino resort properties.
The $500,000 Red, White & Blue M Life Rewards Giveaway will run June 29 through July 2. The huge giveaway features a $75,000 free play grand prize and dozens of other chances to win big.

M Life members earn entries at all MGM properties
Players will earn points all weekend long simply by using their M Life Rewards cards while playing at the casinos. These points can be redeemed for tickets in the series of drawings.
All M Life Rewards members get one complimentary drawing ticket and earn an additional drawing ticket for every 250 rewards points earned. Plus, additional complimentary tickets will be provided based on the participant’s M Life Rewards tier level. Here’s a breakdown:
- 15 additional complimentary tickets for Noir members
- 10 additional complimentary tickets for Platinum members; and
- Five additional complimentary tickets for Gold members.

The grand finale at New York-New York
Individual drawings will be held at each of the participating properties on Friday, June 30 and Saturday, July 1 at 8 p.m. local time. The prizes for these drawings are as follows:
- 1st Place = $5,000 in free play
- 2nd Place = $4,000 in free play
- 3rd Place = $3,000 in free play
- 4th Place = $2,000 in free play
- 5th Place = $1,000 in free play
- 6th through 15th Place = $500 each in free play
The giveaway’s “grand finale” drawing will be held Sunday, July 2 at New York-New York’s Brooklyn Bridge at 5 p.m. local time. The prize structure for this drawing is as follows:
- 1st Place = $75,000 in free play
- 2nd Place = $30,000 in free play
- 3rd Place = $15,000 in free play
- 4th and 5th Place = $10,000 in free play
