Caesars Entertainment Upgrades Total Rewards Casino Loyalty Program

You’re all getting a free upgrade because one of the top casino loyalty programs in the world is getting a boost.

Caesars Entertainment announced in January that its Total Rewards program, one of the largest and most acclaimed casino loyalty programs on the planet, has been re-branded as Caesars Rewards. Its more than 55 million members worldwide will enjoy greater benefits and extra incentives as a part of the change.

Caesars says the new program will make it easier than ever to experience more of its unique brand of hospitality, entertainment, and gaming.

Caesars automatically transitioned all Total Rewards members to the new Caesars Rewards program on Feb. 1. Members can now pick up a new Caesars Rewards card at any Caesars Rewards Center. Caesars Rewards Centers can be found at all 38 Caesars Entertainment casino properties across the US. Of course, this includes the following three Caesars Entertainment Atlantic City casinos:

Caesars Rewards changes

Caesars Rewards will feature the same membership tiers the Total Rewards program offered: Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Seven Stars. Additionally, the tier-earning criteria have not changed.

However, Caesars is making a few changes. The company will transition all Total Rewards-branded programs to Caesars Rewards. In fact, the Caesars’ mobile app, Play by TR, has already been re-branded Caesars Rewards Mobile App. The Caesars Rewards Visa, Caesars Rewards Live Events, and other such programs will follow.

Just like they did under Total Rewards, Caesars Rewards members can earn and redeem credits through slot and table game play, hotel stays, dining, entertainment purchases, shopping, spa treatments, golf and just about everything else available at more than 45 Caesars resorts and casinos across the globe.

The new program promises to leverage the premium Caesars brand and better connect with the company’s global destinations. Moreover, Caesars claims members will enjoy new ways to earn complimentary hotel stays, access to special events, and more through Caesars Rewards partners.

Strengthening the Caesars empire

Caesars Entertainment President and CEO Mark Frissora said the change helps strengthen the Caesars empire:

“From the iconic Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and through many of our other properties, guests know the Caesars brand, and Caesars Rewards helps us strengthen that connection across our global network. Uniting all of our destinations under the Caesars brand through this program, Caesars Rewards is a powerful engine that connects our members to the full Caesars empire and everything it has to offer—particularly as we continue expanding our products and global footprint.”

Caesars Entertainment casinos include the Caesars, Harrah’s, Horseshoe, and Bally’s brand names. The company operates casinos in 13 states.
