The newest restaurant at Tropicana Atlantic City is inviting all of Atlantic City over for a burger and donating part of the proceeds to charity.
The Burger of the Month promotion at Chelsea Five Gastropub kicks off in February. It involves Tropicana’s newest restaurant in the Chelsea Tower creating a specially crafted burger every month and donating $1 for every burger sold to a local charity.
Chelsea Five Gastropub will select a different local charity for each month of the year.
February’s Burger of the Month
February’s Burger of the Month is the WhistlePig Bourbon Burger. It’s made with candied bacon, smoked Gouda cheese, onion rings, mushrooms, and a WhistlePig glaze.
Burger buyers are also invited to wash it down with the Cocktail of the Month, Be Still My Heart, featuring Alibi Gin, orange liqueur, lime, cane sugar, and red wine.
One dollar from every burger sold throughout February will go to the 200 Club of Atlantic & Cape May Counties charity.

Of course, it is just one of 25 restaurants and 20 bars and lounges at Tropicana Atlantic City. The property also features 2,400 slots, dozens of table games, and an 18-table poker room. PopSugar recently named one of the “Coolest Casinos in the World.”
Beach Bash continues
In the meantime, the Tropicana Beach Bash continues on the property through Saturday, Feb. 23. It includes various giveaways, entertainment, and drink specials throughout.
The annual Guess the Number of Beach Balls promotion is a part of the festivities. It offers Trop Advantage loyalty club cardholders a chance at $1,000 in free slot play.
The beach balls are on display above Palm Walk throughout Beach Bash. Trop Advantage members can submit a one-time guess as to their number at any Trop Advantage kiosk on the property. The winner will be announced on Feb. 23 at 8 p.m.
Gamblers can also win their way to Pompano Beach throughout Beach Bash. Tropicana is hosting a drawing on Feb. 23 with prizes that include:
- A five-night, six-day getaway to Tropicana sister property, Isle Casino Pompano Beach
- $250 in free play
- $100 dining credit
Trop Advantage loyalty club cardholders will earn one entry into the sweepstakes drawing for every one promotional point earned through 5:59 a.m. on Feb. 23. The drawing will also take place Feb. 23 at 8 p.m.
Additionally, there are a variety of entertainment options and drink specials on the property throughout Beach Bash.
