Atlantic City’s highest-grossing casino is sharing the wealth a little, giving away more than $100,000 in cash and Bonus Slot Dollars through promotions in April.
Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is running a massive $100,000 Cash Sweepstakes on Saturday, April 28. There’s a pair of $20,000 Slot Tournaments running throughout the month as well. The $100,000 Cash Sweepstakes consists of hourly drawings from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time on April 28. It wraps up with a grand prize drawing at 8 p.m. on that day.
The prize schedule for the hourly drawings is as follows:
- 1st – $4,000 cash
- 2nd – $2,000 cash
- 3rd – $1,000 cash
- 4th-9th – $750 Bonus Slot Dollars
- 10th-13th – $500 Bonus Slot Dollars
- 14th-15th – $250 Bonus Slot Dollars
The prize schedule for the 8 p.m. Grand Prize drawing is as follows:
- 1st – $5,000 cash
- 2nd – $2,500 cash
- 3rd – $1,500 cash
- 4th-9th – $750 Bonus Slot Dollars
- 10th-13th – $500 Bonus Slot Dollars
- 14th-15th – $250 Bonus Slot Dollars

Perhaps the best part is players don’t have to gamble to enter the drawings. All they need to do is insert an M life Rewards card into any slot machine or table games rating from 12 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. local time on April 28 for a chance to win.
Game play is not required. Plus, a card’s owner is eligible for all drawings once the card is activated.
Winners’ names will be announced and displayed on television screens throughout the casino. They will have 30 minutes to claim prizes at the M life Rewards Desk.
$20,000 Slot Tournaments
Borgata is also inviting M life Rewards members to take part in two $20,000 Slot Tournaments next month.
The first is set for Sunday, April 16 and Monday, April 17. The second will go off Wednesday, April 25 and Thursday, April 26. Both will run from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. local time in the slot area between the Signature Room and Racebook by the North Entrance. Both feature $5,000 cash grand prizes.
The tournaments are open to all M life Rewards members. Members earn entry by playing slots on tournament days and earning $5 in Express Comps. In addition to the $5,000 grand prize, the top 500 places will also win cash or Bonus Slot Dollars.
The prize schedule for each $20,000 Slot Tournament is as follows:
- 1st – $5,000 Cash
- 2nd – $1,000 Cash
- 3rd – $500 Cash
- 4th-5th – $250 Bonus Slot Dollars
- 6th-10th – $100 Bonus Slot Dollars
- 11th-20th – $50 Bonus Slot Dollars
- 21st-500th – $25 Bonus Slot Dollars
Entry necessitates a single five-minute playing session. Winners will have 30 days to collect all cash prizes. The casino automatically adds Bonus Slot Dollars to winners’ accounts one hour after the conclusion of the tournament. These Bonus Slot Dollars are valid for 30 days and can’t be converted to cash. However, players keep all winnings accrued while gambling with Bonus Slot Dollars.
M life Rewards
Borgata did away with the My Borgata Rewards program in June 2017 in favor of MGM Resorts International’s M life Rewards.
Since then, M life Rewards members have been earning and redeeming points, Bonus Slot Dollars, Express Comps, and Tier Credits at Borgata and all 17 M life casino and resort destinations across the country.
